My item is not compatible with my device
If your product is not compatible with your device please contact a customer service representative by calling us on the number shown on your invoice. Alternatively please feel free to drop us an email using the support tab (click on More) or by emailing us on support@mobileheads.co.uk.

 

My item is faulty
If for whatever reason your item is faulty feel free to contact our team to schedule in a refund or an exchange. You can contact us by using the support tab (click on More) or by emailing us on support@mobileheads.co.uk.

I would like to return my item
If you any reason you are unhappy with your product we will happily refund or exchange your item for you. Please contact us prior to returning your item so we can schedule in your return into our system to speed up the processing of your item. Please request your return number from our Customer Service Representatives which will aid you track your progress quicker.
